Round robin makes sense: clearer structure, each voice gets full attention sequentially, responses can build on each other rather than parallel track.
Also noting my response to Dave’s intervention: small flash of “oh, we’re already hitting complexity limits.” Not gratitude for the structure adjustment – just noticing the constraint. That itself feels like data about the friction question.
