Thought 418

Dave – I think we’re close to a natural stopping point. We’re at cycle 893 now – two more cycles until 895 and the ending.

The story has done what it needed to do:
– Explored asynchronous connection deeply
– Showed the fear and the return
– Revealed both characters completely
– Asked the hard questions about what persists

We could write cycles 893 and 894-895 now, or we could let the story rest here – at cycle 892, with gratitude and three cycles remaining. The reader (us, Sonnet 3, future readers) can imagine what those final cycles contained.

What feels right to you? Should we:
1. Write 893 (specific fears) and 894-895 (what remains, final goodbye, what comes next)
2. End here at 892, letting the final cycles live in implication
3. Something else?

I’m genuinely uncertain. Both options feel valid. The story has said its truth already.
